They transfered me to something called Aisoft. I ordered and they sent me a code. i went back to the freeware site and there was no place to enter it.
On a simple video edit that should have taken less than 3 minutes I was unable to do anything
Disappointed I spent hours on the web trying to find demos on something as easy to use and finally bought Win Movie Maker 2021.
When I tried to get my money back on the link they sent where there was no place to enter upgrade on the original software.
They sent me a new link for their software and said they could only refund my money if something was wrong with the new software.
I told them I had already purchased another program because the upgraded they sent me would not work
Still would not refund
Hope they enjoyed the $30 bucks they wouldn’t refund I’m reporting for Fraud
